Rents shown are the confirmed 2027-28 rents. Couples are welcome in our one bedroom flats at the couple rate shown, £40 per week above the single rate. Two and three bedroom flats have one rent however many people share.
Apartments are let to full-time students on a fixed-term Common Law Tenancy. New tenancies for 2027-28 run 50 weeks and 3 days, from 27 August 2027 to 13 August 2028. Renewing tenants stay on a full 52-week term, so there is no need to move out over the summer.
Rent is payable termly in advance: end of September, end of January and end of April. A commitment fee of one week's rent secures your flat when you sign. Pay the year's rent annually in advance and no UK guarantor is needed.
The deposit is three weeks' rent, due about 60 days before move-in. By law it must be protected in a government-approved scheme; we use the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) custodial scheme, so it is held safely and returned to you at the end of the tenancy, provided the apartment is in good condition.
A UK-based guarantor is required unless the year's rent is paid annually in advance, which is a common route for international students. See our parents and guarantors guide for details.
Rents are exclusive of utilities as standard, and services are live and ready at move-in if you prefer to take them over yourself. Or add our optional package: gas, electricity, water, sewerage and superfast internet for one fixed weekly amount, £66 per week for a one bedroom apartment, £76 for a two bedroom or £82 for a three bedroom, however many people live there. Please note a TV licence is not included in the utilities package. Whether a licence is needed depends on how you choose to watch TV, so we leave this for each flat to arrange. Agreed as an addendum to your tenancy, fixed for the full term, and payable termly alongside rent or by monthly direct debit.
A one-off pack popular with international students, £595 for a single occupant, £675 for two sharers or £750 for three sharers: pillows, duvet and bed sheets, bath and hand towels, pots, pans and cooking essentials, plus cutlery, glasses, mugs and a dinner set. Arrive to a flat that is ready to live in from the first night.
Both buildings are members of the ANUK/Unipol National Code of Standards (approved 2025). Students only. Full-time students do not pay Council Tax where the whole property qualifies. Parking is subject to availability; ask when you enquire.
