When something needs fixing, you deal directly with us. When you have a question, you speak to the people who run the building. That is how we have always worked, and it is why our tenants tend to stay for the full duration of their studies.
Both of our buildings are members of the ANUK/Unipol National Code of Standards (approved 2025), an industry-recognised mark that the building, its management and the relationship with tenants meet a defined set of requirements. For students and parents, it is one of the simplest ways to know what you are walking into.
Many of our tenants book from overseas. You do not need to visit in person to secure an apartment. We provide everything you need to make a confident decision remotely.
Every apartment is completely self-contained, with its own front door, kitchen, bathroom and living space. Nothing is shared with anyone outside your flat.
Compared with the typical studio offered by the big university providers, our one bedroom apartments are around 50% bigger. That extra space makes a real difference to day-to-day living and studying, and it is why our one beds also work for couples, with a dual occupancy rate on every one bedroom flat.
